Butcher and the Farmer: Paddock to Plate

Butcher and the Farmer is a unique Sydney inner-city destination for food and wine, and an integral part of the historic Glebe Tramsheds restoration.

Using a farm-to-table philosophy, Butcher and the Farmer fuses together modern Australian Fine Dining with a bespoke butchery and fresh produce providore.

Utilising our M28C 3 Tier Charcoal Rotisserie, Butcher and the Farmer cook whole Lamb, Turkey, Pork, Chicken and Ham using our Heavy Duty Meat Spit Kits. Every day the Butcher and the Farmer offer a different animal slow roasted on the spit served at lunch and dinner.

In addition, they use our Ribbed Grill Plates for succulent cuts of Char Grilled Steak and other cuts of meat.

Recently featured on the hit Channel 7 Program, My Kitchen Rules, our 3 Tier M28C Charcoal Rotisserie and Grill was used by the contestants Sonya & Hadil to cook a variety of Artisanal menu items for the Butcher and the Farmer diners including flame grilled bone marrow, lamb koftas, chillis and capsicums.
