Semak Congratulate Souvlaki GR on the opening of their second store in Melbourne in one of the most vibrant food precincts in town.
Following the success of the Thornbury restaurant, the St Kilda store is a natural progression for this up and coming franchise.
This time we supplied a traditional rotisserie with variable speed kit in addition to a new live show cooking 2 tier rotisserie complete with speed kit in the front window to entice customers in.
Mark and I dined in the restaurant in the first week following opening and were treated to mouth-watering perfection and generous servings. At the time SGR were waiting on their liquor licence and to be honest the only thing that could have added to a wonderful dining experience might have been a glass of shiraz.
