Situated right in our own backyard, Tuck’s Ridge is situated in the booming Red Hill wine region. On arrival you will see their Semak Charcoal Rotisserie smoking away in front of an endless vista of the rolling grapevines.
With their menu firmly focussed around Charcoal cooking locally sourced meats and produce including Slow Roast Porchetta with Delicious Crackling, Spiced Lamb Shoulder, Hot Smoked Salmon and Succulent Rotisserie Chicken, there is something to suit every palate.
Using one of our Flagship 2 Tier Backless Showcooking Charcoal Rotisseries (M28C2S) fitted with a Variable Speed Kit allows them to cook a variety of meats by varying the rotational speed.
