Cleaning: We recommend the D92 Johnson Diversey non-caustic cleaner. This is a heat activated cleaner designed to lift the worst grease and grime off stainless steel so that you can maintain the oven in sparkling as new condition. Simply unload the machine, spray the oven with cleaner and allow to sit for 10-20 minutes and wipe out with hot soapy water. Cleaned according to a HACCP Program cleaning takes 10-15 minutes to complete.|
